In a recent interview at a café in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Jung Ga-ram appeared in a casual outfit of a hoodie and jeans to discuss his latest film, 'Ultimate Investigation'.
'Ultimate Investigation' is a crime thriller where detective Jae-hyuk, played by Bae Sung-woo, is demoted to a rural area and teams up with rookie detective Jung-ho, played by Jung Ga-ram, to solve a murder case involving two suspects. Although the film was completed in 2019, its release was delayed due to Bae Sung-woo's DUI controversy, finally premiering after nearly seven years.
Jung Ga-ram, who plays a chaebol heir, drives several luxury cars in the film. He shared, "I make my first appearance driving a Porsche. I don't own a car now or then, so I struggled with parking. We had to shoot the parking scene multiple times."
He added, "The rental company was hesitant about me driving the Lamborghini. It seems it accelerates very quickly with just a light touch. I barely got to drive it and mostly just felt the seat."
