On October 31, the YouTube channel 'My Love Ryu Yi-seo' uploaded a video titled 'Why the Perfect Couple Junjin ♥ Ryu Yi-seo Started Preparing for Pregnancy at 43'.

She also shared the reason behind their desire for a child. "Last year, my husband suddenly fell seriously ill and had to go to the hospital. It scared me to think about living alone if something happened to him," she recalled. "I thought having a child who resembles him would help me cope, which led to serious discussions about pregnancy."

Ryu Yi-seo expressed her hopes for their future child, saying, "I hope the child looks like my husband but has my personality," she laughed. She also shared her satisfaction with their marriage, stating, "I would marry him again if I were reborn," showing her affection for Junjin.

When asked if she still feels the emotions of newlyweds, Ryu Yi-seo replied, "Dating and marriage are different, but nothing has changed since our honeymoon phase." She humorously noted, "My husband apologizes slower now. After marriage, even if he's wrong, he takes longer to say sorry. I guess that's what they mean by 'a caught fish'."

Ryu Yi-seo and Junjin began dating in 2017 and married in 2020. They previously appeared on SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams - You Are My Destiny', where they openly discussed their struggles with infertility and their journey to prepare for a child, receiving much support from fans.
