Actress Yoon Jin-yi Prioritizes Back Health After Birth of Two Daughters
On the 31st, the YouTube channel 'Real Yoon Jin-yi' released a video titled 'Giving Up on School Drop-Off!? Morning Chaos of a Mom with Two Daughters.'
Yoon Jin-yi showcased her busy morning routine as a mother of two daughters. She was seen comforting a crying child while washing her face and preparing items needed for her children's school drop-off. She also had to wake her daughters and help them get dressed. During the drop-off, Yoon Jin-yi shared, "I eat a lot these days, but I don't gain much weight because I'm so busy in the morning."
Yoon Jin-yi explained, "I exercise diligently not just for weight reasons but because of my back. My back is really bad, so I have no choice. If I don't exercise, even sleeping is difficult. My 5th and 6th spinal discs are protruding, so I need to manage them regularly." She continued, "Just like during pregnancy, you have to keep taking care of your back even after giving birth. Who's going to take care of your back? When the kids grow up, they're not going to fix your back saying, 'Mom, your back hurt because of me.' You have to take care of your own body."
