Chae Jung-an, a 48-year-old actress who divorced in 2007, shares her excitement and expectations as she joins the new reality show 'Divorced and Single' as an MC.

Premiering on April 14 at 10 PM, MBC Every1 and E Channel's new variety show 'Divorced and Single' brings together divorced women and men with no dating experience in a 'love boarding school' to find true love. Known for her cool and easy-going charm, Chae Jung-an will join Kim Poong and Nucksal as the three MCs, raising anticipation for the show.

Chae Jung-an, who is taking on her first role as a dating show MC with 'Divorced and Single,' said, "I wasn't usually a fan of dating shows, but they were so popular among my friends that I thought, 'Should I start watching them too?' Then, as if by fate, I received the offer." She continued, "As soon as I saw the concept, I was convinced, 'This is my first dating show!' and felt there couldn't be a fresher or more interesting show."

In the program, Chae Jung-an will play the role of a 'sympathy fairy,' offering warm comfort and realistic advice. She emphasized 'courage' and 'consideration' as the key points in her commentary. "In relationships, including love, 'courage' and 'consideration' are essential," she said. "I wanted to support both the divorced women opening their hearts to love again and the men taking their first steps in love. I tried to genuinely empathize with them to encourage their courage."

Regarding her co-hosts Kim Poong and Nucksal, she praised, "It's a fresh combination, and their witty banter complements my free-spirited hosting style." Chae Jung-an emphasized, "Above all, the three of us felt like 'real viewers' watching comfortably as if we were at a friend's house, and the first recording flew by so quickly that it felt like it ended too soon."
