Sung Si-kyung, 46, who recently lost 10kg through dieting, is set to reveal his diet plan.
On the upcoming episode of SBS's variety show 'Running Man,' airing on the 29th, members will engage in an intense eating race to claim the title of 'Eating King.'
The episode will kick off with the results of a pre-mission at a fish market from last week, leading into a fierce battle for food where members' fates hinge on whether they can eat or not. Joining as guests are Sung Si-kyung, a leading ballad vocalist and 'ear boyfriend,' and Lee Chang-sub, known as the 'ear cleaner.'
Despite it being his first appearance on 'Running Man,' Lee Chang-sub showcased a unique 'inner closeness' with the members, and as Haha mentioned, "Give him 10 minutes, and he'll change," he displayed a completely different side from the first mission, making a strong impression. Meanwhile, Sung Si-kyung, a self-proclaimed gourmet, shared a story about spending 600,000 won on flatfish over two months and revealed his 'diet menu,' drawing attention.
This race, themed 'You Must Want to Eat,' will feature a variety of eating courses, from the soul food of office workers, 'Seolleongtang,' to nostalgic snack bars and trending desserts. The mouth-watering dishes will continuously appear, stimulating the members' appetites. However, since no one can eat freely, a fierce competition to claim a single dish is expected among the members.
Who will strategize best to win the 'Eating King' title? The 'You Must Want to Eat' race, where those who don't win can't eat, will air on 'Running Man' at 6:10 PM.
