Seo In-young admitted, "It was very painful," and confessed, "I took medication for panic disorder and depression and took a break for several years. I was wrong to use such language. That was definitely my mistake." She explained, "I had just woken up after sleeping on the floor for over 10 hours. There were too many people in the accommodation. I understand the production team needed to cut costs, and I had to endure it as part of my job. However, after such a situation, I was in a sensitive state and had to wait another 9 hours, which drove me crazy."

Regarding the target of her controversial language, she clarified, "It was directed at a close manager." She also denied the rumors of demanding first-class flights and top-tier accommodations, stating, "That's not true at all. I'm not that kind of person."

She revealed, "The emotional distress stemmed from my relationship with Crown J. There were parts that were emotionally difficult, but they weren't shown on the broadcast, only the part where I used harsh language was aired. In previous footage, I had confided in him. The accumulation of various emotions led to a negative outcome," expressing that the incident left a significant scar on her life.

Seo In-young confessed, "Both my body and mind collapsed, and I sought medical help. I didn't realize I would fall apart to that extent. I was at the end of depression, even contemplating not wanting to live." She shared that her family's reaction was particularly hard to bear.

She said, "My father, who is an elder, said he couldn't hold his head up and didn't want to go to church. Despite having a herniated disc, he always went to church, but because of me, he felt too ashamed to lift his head, and I felt so sorry." Seo In-young was moved to tears while reading supportive comments, joking that it was "harder than reading hate comments," yet expressing deep gratitude for the warm responses from the public.
