Kim Jong-min, known for his role on 'The Return of Superman,' has opened up about his plans for having children and his preparations for becoming a father.
On the episode aired on the 25th, Kim Jong-min was seen meeting the twin children of Im Ra-ra and Son Min-soo, experiencing childcare firsthand. Usually observing children from the studio, he expressed his excitement about visiting the site in person.
Kim Jong-min shared, “Even watching them on video, they are so adorable, and I wanted to see them. I came to receive good energy,” as he embarked on his childcare experience. Notably, he was meticulous in washing his hands, gargling, and checking his temperature before meeting the children.
At 48 years old, Kim Jong-min candidly discussed his 'second generation plan.' He revealed, “I’m planning for a daughter and a son, aiming for natural conception,” and added, “I’ve quit smoking and drinking.” He further mentioned, “I hope to conceive around April or May and give birth next year,” drawing attention with his specific timeline.
The childcare experience continued as he attempted feeding for the first time, saying, “They are so cute. It’s fascinating to see them eat,” unable to take his eyes off the children. He added, “Seeing them in person and feeding them makes them more precious. Looking into their eyes, they are so precious,” he said with a smile.
Additionally, Kim Jong-min took over childcare duties from Son Min-soo, who had been awake for 16 hours, suggesting he take a break. Throughout his time with the children, Kim Jong-min maintained a warm and cheerful atmosphere.
Kim Jong-min married his businesswoman girlfriend, who is 11 years his junior, last year.
