Kim Hye-yoon expressed her excitement about the horror film 'Salmoji', believing it will be a significant addition to her filmography.
On the 24th, a press screening and conference for the movie 'Salmoji', directed by Lee Sang-min, took place at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Seoul. The event was attended by director Lee Sang-min and actors Kim Hye-yoon, Lee Jong-won, Kim Jun-han, Kim Young-sung, Oh Dong-min, Yoon Jae-chan, and Jang Da-ah.
'Salmoji' revolves around a mysterious reservoir plagued by strange rumors. When an unidentified figure is captured on camera, a road view filming team returns to the reservoir for a reshoot, leading to a series of eerie events.
Kim Hye-yoon plays the role of Han Soo-in, a PD at the road view service company Onroad Media. She shared, "The feeling of seeing the reservoir at night was very frightening. It had a strong eerie and spooky vibe," revealing some behind-the-scenes insights.
Horror films have long been considered a stepping stone for actresses. Kim Hye-yoon remarked, "I have always enjoyed horror films, so I was thrilled during the shoot. Above all, the script was intriguing. I wanted to explore the character, and I believe it will be a good career move for me."
'Salmoji' is set to be released on April 8th.
