On the 24th, Lee Ji-hye took to her social media account to update her followers. The photos revealed that the swelling from her philtrum reduction surgery has subsided, and her features are settling into place.
Previously, in November of last year, Lee Ji-hye had openly discussed undergoing philtrum reduction surgery on her YouTube channel.
Lee Ji-hye explained, "Philtrum reduction surgery is quite trendy. Honestly, my philtrum was 4cm long. It was long, and it seemed to get longer with age. I kept seeing comments suggesting I should get the surgery, and it made me self-conscious. I wanted to reduce it because it was a complex for me, and those comments really affected me."
