Ha Jung-woo faces mounting pressure from the police in 'How to Become a Building Owner in Korea'. This marks his return to TV dramas after 19 years, excluding special appearances, since the 2007 MBC drama 'Hit'. The show has garnered significant attention, with the first episode achieving a 4.1% viewership rating and the second episode climbing to 4.5%.

The third episode of the tvN weekend drama 'How to Become a Building Owner in Korea' (hereafter 'Building Owner'), airing on March 21, will see Ki Soo-jong (played by Ha Jung-woo) facing tense moments as he becomes a suspect in a kidnapping incident.

In the previous episode, Ki Soo-jong was depicted participating in a fake kidnapping orchestrated by his friend Min Hwal-seong (played by Kim Jun-han) to secure funds to save his building. Min Hwal-seong kidnapped his wife Jeon Yi-kyung (played by Jung Soo-jung), while Ki Soo-jong, masked, acted as the kidnapper in a hostage exchange. However, the plan went awry when the police intervened, leading to chaos and Min Hwal-seong's accidental fall.

The audience is left wondering what happened to Ki Soo-jong after he fled with the money and how Jeon Yi-kyung was released.

Adding to the tension, Ki Soo-jong is under suspicion by police officer Go Ju-ran (played by Lee Joo-woo). His appearance at the hospital with a suspicious hiking backpack draws attention. As Go Ju-ran bombards him with questions, Ki Soo-jong's startled reaction raises curiosity about whether he can navigate this crisis.
