The 10 solo participants drew lots to determine their partners and spent an hour preparing for a 1:1 date and introduction. As a result, the pairs were matched as follows: Sangcheol from Season 13 with Sunja from Season 25, Youngcheol from Season 15 with Hyunsook from Season 27, Youngho from Season 18 with Sunja from Season 24, Youngsik from Season 20 with Sunja from Season 17, and Youngcheol from Season 27 with Youngja from Season 25.
Youngho's Sharp Question: How Did Sunja Respond?
The introductions began with Sangcheol from Season 13 sharing Sunja's ideal type, stating, 'She likes a sturdy physique and it's important that they share a sense of humor.' At this point, Youngho from Season 18 asked sharply, 'Do you still meet the guy friend you mentioned during 'I Am SOLO'?' Sangcheol from Season 13 answered on her behalf, 'She doesn't meet him anymore.'
Immediately after, Sunja from Season 25 explained in an interview with the production team, 'My comments at the time were immature. Now, the only guy friend I have is Youngsoo from Season 25,' addressing the 'guy friend' controversy. She further praised Sangcheol from Season 13, describing him as someone with a routine of work, exercise, and home, highlighting his diligence.

Previously, Sunja from Season 25 gained attention during the airing of 'I Am SOLO' for revealing she had many guy friends. She also sparked controversy by stating, 'I don't understand why marriage should distance me from my guy friends.'
