Seo Jang-hoon Offers Dating Advice on 'Ask Anything': Embrace Natural Charm

Seo Jang-hoon, who has remained single since his 2012 divorce from Oh Jung-yeon, offers dating advice to a guest on the upcoming episode of KBS Joy's 'Ask Anything'.

Airing at 8 PM on the 16th, the 356th episode features a 25-year-old guest who, after transforming his appearance, seeks to change his inner self as well.

Upon hearing the guest's concerns, Lee Soo-geun jokingly asks, "Did you come here to brag?" in response to the guest's striking appearance. However, after seeing the guest's past photos, Lee is left speechless and understands the guest's dilemma.

The guest shares a story from his past when he was working part-time and had a crush on a woman five years his senior. During a meal together, she expressed concern over his frail appearance, asking if he was ill, which deeply affected him. He reveals, "Being seen as sick by someone I liked was a huge blow," and decided to make a change.

He explains that through strict diet, exercise, and skincare routines, he transformed his appearance. Despite his efforts, his attempts at dating have failed due to excessive styling and awkward flirting.

Seo Jang-hoon asks, "You're not naturally outgoing, are you?" The guest admits, "I'm usually shy, but I was eager to escape being single, so I made the first move," to which Seo responds, "That's the worst!" He adds, "Acting like a dating expert causes things to go awry."

Regarding the excessive styling, Seo humorously notes, "People might react with 'What's up with that person?'" and advises, "Instead of making the first move, wait for the other person to approach you." He emphasizes, "Approaching someone unnaturally and getting rejected only leads to more hurt. It's important to relax and become natural."

Lee Soo-geun agrees, saying, "It will take more time to get used to your current appearance." Seo Jang-hoon also advises, "You need to improve your speech clarity and refine your communication skills."
