Actress Lee Jin-yi has signed an exclusive contract with Cube Entertainment after parting ways with Baro Entertainment.
On the 11th, Cube Entertainment announced, "We have signed an exclusive contract with Lee Jin-yi, who possesses infinite potential. We will provide full support so that she can showcase her versatile talents."
Lee Jin-yi expressed her excitement, saying, "I am thrilled to join Cube Entertainment and aim to become an actress who can present diverse and excellent performances."
Lee Jin-yi, who gained attention as the daughter of actress Hwang Shin-hye, began her acting career in 2016. She has established herself as an actress through various works, including SBS drama 'Mystery Freshman' and tvN's 'Mental Coach Jegal Gil.' Last year, she portrayed the role of Lee Han-na in JTBC's drama 'The Story of Mr. Kim, Who Works at a Major Company in Seoul' (hereafter 'Mr. Kim's Story'), depicting the realistic growth of youth.
In addition to her acting career, Lee Jin-yi has also been active as an art creator. She has held exhibitions, and her artwork was used as props and costumes in 'Mr. Kim's Story,' showcasing her talent.
Cube Entertainment, which Lee Jin-yi has joined, is home to groups like (G)I-DLE, LIGHTSUM, NOWZ, producer and singer SLAY, and actors Kwon So-hyun, Hwang Shin-hye, Go Jun-hee, Kwon Eun-bin, Moon Seung-yu, Moon Soo-young, PENTAGON's Shinwon, Park Do-ha, Choi Sang-yeop, Tani Asako, and broadcasters Park Mi-sun, Lee Sang-jun, Kim Min-jung, Choi Hee, and Kim Sae-rom.
