On the afternoon of the 9th, a press conference for tvN's new weekend drama 'How to Become a Landlord in Korea' was held at The Link Hotel in Guro-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by Ha Jung-woo, Lim Soo-jung, Kim Jun-han, Jung Soo-jung, Shim Eun-kyung, and director Im Pil-sung. 'How to Become a Landlord in Korea' is a suspense drama about a struggling landlord who gets involved in a fake kidnapping scheme to protect his family and property.

Ha Jung-woo plays the role of Ki Soo-jong, a landlord who has acquired a building through 'Yeonggeul' (borrowing to the limit). Before the Q&A session about the work, his demeanor during the photo session drew attention. When MC Park Kyung-lim asked him to wave, Ha Jung-woo showed no reaction and did not raise his hand. It was only after being asked to lean against the tvN logo that he struck a pose.

However, his expression seemed somewhat darker compared to the other actors.

When asked about his return to the small screen after 19 years, he began by saying, "Do people still watch TV in the living room these days?" He continued, "It hasn't sunk in yet. I'm not used to being evaluated by ratings every time," adding, "The filming set wasn't much different from a movie set. I think it will start to feel real once the broadcast begins." He also mentioned, "I gave it my all during filming," and "Now, I'm humbly waiting for the viewers' feedback."

'How to Become a Landlord in Korea' premieres on the 14th at 9:10 PM.
