Former Chungju Official Kim Sun-tae Makes a Splash in Entertainment and YouTube
Former Chungju official Kim Sun-tae has embarked on a new journey in the entertainment industry, following the launch of his YouTube channel.

According to TenAsia's report on the 6th, Kim Sun-tae participated in the recording of MBC's 'Radio Star' on the 4th. This marks his first appearance on a variety show since his resignation last month.

Back in April 2024, while serving as a public official in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province, Kim appeared on 'Radio Star' and shared stories about his special promotion to grade 6 and receiving political offers. Two years after his last appearance, he returned to 'Radio Star' to showcase his unique wit. The episode featuring Kim Sun-tae is set to air on the 18th.

Kim Sun-tae has quickly become a YouTube sensation, amassing over 1 million subscribers just two days after posting his first video on his personal channel. On the 2nd, he launched his YouTube channel and uploaded a two-minute introductory video titled 'This is Kim Sun-tae' on the 3rd.

Since 2019, Kim had been managing Chungju's official YouTube channel, attracting over 900,000 subscribers with diverse content. Following the news of his resignation on the 13th of last month, the subscriber count of Chungju's YouTube channel 'ChungTV' dropped by approximately 200,000. After using his remaining leave, Kim officially resigned on the 28th of the same month. Currently, 'ChungTV' is operated by Choi Ji-ho, who worked alongside Kim.
