On the latest episode of SBS Plus and ENA's reality show 'I Am SOLO,' aired on the 4th, the once rosy relationships between Young-sik and Young-ja, as well as Young-chul and Jung-sook, took a chilly turn after their fourth-day dates.
Amidst the complex emotions, the fourth-day simultaneous selection took place. Unlike the previous day, the solo women's choices were revealed first. Young-sook bypassed Young-ho, who had betrayed her trust, and chose Sang-chul. Jung-sook stuck with Young-chul, and Young-ja also chose Young-sik without any surprises. Sun-ja and Ok-soon both went for Young-soo, and Hyun-sook joined them, resulting in a 3:1 date. Meanwhile, Young-ho and Kwang-soo ended up with zero votes, confirming their solitary meals.
Young-ja, on a date with Young-sik, displayed a completely different demeanor. When Young-sik mentioned he couldn't ride a bicycle, Young-ja coldly responded, "Is there anything you can do?" She also criticized his poor driving skills, suggesting, "Why don't you return this car to your friend?" During their meal, Young-ja brought up Young-soo, saying, "He told me I was always his first choice."
Frustrated by Young-sik's behavior, Young-ja expressed her anger. When Young-sik asked if they could eat pufferfish at home, Young-ja retorted, "Do you want to die? Pufferfish is poisonous. It's sold by specialists," with an incredulous look. After the date, Young-ja told the production team, "The date was so boring. I just wanted to go home. I wonder if I should have gotten to know someone else."
After the date, Young-chul told the production team that he appreciated Jung-sook's caring nature, likening her to Anna from 'Frozen.' However, Jung-sook lamented, "Oh, it was boring." In her interview, she added, "Young-chul isn't cute. He prioritized others' gazes and the cameras over our conversation, which made it uninteresting. My interest in him has decreased."
