On October 2nd, T.O.P posted three photos on his Instagram, accompanied by a single question mark emoji.
The photos show T.O.P in the midst of filming, with a glass of alcohol in front of him, furrowing his brow as he takes a drink.
Last month, T.O.P announced via his social media that he would be releasing a new album. This marks his return as a solo artist after 13 years since his 2013 digital single 'DOOM DADA'. It is also his first musical activity since BIGBANG's 'Still Life' in April 2022, marking a three-year hiatus.
Previously, in February 2020, T.O.P expressed during an Instagram Live session, while drinking alone, that he felt sorry for his fans but did not wish to make a comeback in Korea, citing negative experiences.
T.O.P debuted with BIGBANG in 2006 and has pursued both singing and acting. However, in October 2016, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison with a two-year probation for smoking marijuana at his home. He subsequently halted his activities and announced his retirement from the entertainment industry, but reversed this decision with his upcoming role in the Netflix series 'Squid Game 2' set for release in December 2024.
