Korean singer Insooni has sparked widespread interest with her unique approach to dealing with those who have caused her pain.
Recently, a video titled 'A Smart Way to Get Back at Those Who Hurt You' has been gaining traction on social media and online platforms.
The video features a segment from Insooni's appearance on the channel 'Kung Studio - Jo Hyun Ah's Thursday Night' in 2024, where she shared her thoughts.
In the video, Insooni, embodying a 'positive life' attitude, emphasizes that "life should always be enjoyable," and shares her philosophy: "When something happens, I think, 'Okay, I have to endure it,' 'It's okay.'"
When Jo Hyun Ah asked, "Do you forgive those who speak ill of you?" Insooni replied, "There's nothing to forgive. Do you know why? If I wanted to curse them, and they reacted with 'ouch' or 'why,' I'd probably curse them all day."
Insooni further explained, "To curse them, I'd have to remember every detail of the incident, so it feels real."
Ultimately, Insooni pointed out that the victim ends up being hurt, saying, "I'm the one who gets hurt. I'm the victim, so why should I do that? They're living happily." She advised, "The best revenge is living well."
Jo Hyun Ah responded with admiration, "It's like realizing, 'Oh, that person isn't affected by me.' Everyone, take note of this."
Comments on the video include sentiments like "Don't force forgiveness. Love yourself even if you can't forgive," "It's not about forgiving, but moving past it for yourself," "When you love yourself, those who wronged you seem pitiful," and "Indifference is revenge. Just live well."
