Tonight at 9 PM, JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator' will feature a 15-minute cooking battle using the surprising ingredients found in the refrigerator of 'IVE' leader Ahn Yu-jin. The first showdown will see a face-off between culinary performance giants Jung Ho-young and Park Eun-young. After missing out on the Best Performance Award at the recent 'Refrigerator Awards', Park Eun-young confessed, "I haven't been able to sleep lately," and expressed her competitive spirit by saying, "These days, I worry more about the performance than the cooking." In response, Jung Ho-young retorted, "I've been dancing for 10 years," and "It's audacious to aim for the award already," sparking a fierce battle of nerves.
The two chefs, with their pride on the line, once again attempt to dominate with dance. Jung Ho-young captivates the atmosphere with the signature choreography of 'IVE', while Park Eun-young counters with her unique unfocused gaze and bold moves. There's anticipation to see if another legendary moment will be born following the much-talked-about 'Wanja Queenka'.
The two chefs challenge themselves with contrasting dessert styles. Jong-Won Son prepares a traditional Korean K-dessert, expressing his hope that "even the young fans of IVE will take an interest in traditional desserts." Meanwhile, Kwon Sung-jun presents a menu inspired by the recent 'Dujonku' craze among the MZ generation, impressing everyone by making the sold-out ingredient 'Kadaif' from scratch.
Meanwhile, Ahn Yu-jin, known as the 'MZ Icon', brings laughter to the studio with her reactions. After tasting the first battle's dish, she mimics the chef's dance instead of speaking, and before tasting a latte topped with cream, she deliberately gets foam on her lips and makes a cute face at the camera, charming everyone. Kim Si-hyun comments, "She's really pretty," while Kim Poong jokes, "We only get foam on our lips when drinking beer," turning the scene into a sea of laughter.
Discover Ahn Yu-jin's surprising taste preferences tonight at 9 PM on 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator'.
