On their YouTube channel 'SUPER JUNIOR-D&E', a video titled 'SUPER JUNIOR-D&E's Chaotic Tteokguk Cooking Challenge' was released.
In the video, Eunhyuk and Donghae face off in a tteokguk cooking competition to celebrate the Lunar New Year. The challenge was to complete the dish within a set time, with the winner receiving a premium beef gift set and the loser tasked with dishwashing.
As soon as the timer started, the duo began washing ingredients while playfully arguing. Feeling the pressure, Donghae remarked, "This must be what it feels like to have no time, just like on 'Black and White Chef'."
When Donghae continued talking to the camera, Eunhyuk quipped, "What are you doing instead of cooking? It's too noisy right now." Despite Eunhyuk's comments, Donghae kept chatting while searching for ingredients, prompting Eunhyuk to suggest, "Just order tteokguk for delivery in 30 minutes."
As the cooking progressed, Eunhyuk noticed Donghae's method and commented, "It seems like you're trying to copy mine." Donghae retorted, "What are you talking about?" Eunhyuk insisted, "You shouldn't use my ingredients. You should stick to your own ideas."
Donghae proposed, "Let's just compete based on taste," to which Eunhyuk responded incredulously, "There's a lack of creativity here." Donghae challenged, "Are you not confident in your cooking?" Eunhyuk replied, "It's not about confidence, but you can't just copy my creativity." The two showcased their chemistry by bickering from the start of the tteokguk-making process. Both ended up creating a spicy tteokguk with bean sprouts. According to the production team's taste test, Eunhyuk's tteokguk emerged victorious.
