Recently, on Park Kyung-hye's YouTube channel 'Kyung-hye's Choice,' a video titled "But... It's Beyond What You Imagine" was uploaded. In the video, Park Kyung-hye announced, "I'm living independently for the first time at 33. Now, I'm officially a Gangnam Yeoksam-dong resident."
Explaining her move from Gyeonggi Province to Gangnam, Park Kyung-hye shared, "Most of my work and appointments are in the Gangnam area. After much deliberation, I decided to live on my own for the first time."
Park Kyung-hye recounted her first experience visiting a real estate agency, saying, "I went to see some houses, but there are hardly any listings. Finding a place is tough," expressing her struggles.
After finally securing a lease, Park Kyung-hye asked the real estate agent, "Why is life so tough?" to which the agent replied, "You haven't even reached the entrance yet," a comment that resonated deeply with many first-time renters.
Park Kyung-hye candidly admitted, "Seeing the house, I can feel how harsh the world is," as she expressed her worries about rent.
Upon visiting her new home for the first time, Park Kyung-hye couldn't hide her shock at the sight of mold on the ceiling, a broken circuit breaker cover, a bathroom vent that wouldn't close, a rusty drawer, and leftover food scraps, painting a raw picture of the reality of living alone.
In a video released on her YouTube channel on the 9th, she shared her journey of setting up her new home.
Park Kyung-hye uploaded a video titled "Life Skills Increased by 100," showcasing incidents like a kimchi spill on an ivory rug, a collapsed drying rack, and a locked bathroom door, illustrating that "living alone is a series of challenges" and giving viewers a glimpse into the 'real solo living experience.'
Appearing on camera with chapped lips from the harsh reality of living alone, she was moved to tears by the warm words of encouragement from a laundromat owner. Fans, recalling her domestic skills praised by Jo In-sung on the 2022 tvN variety show 'Unexpected Business,' are now clamoring for her to appear on 'I Live Alone,' with comments like "She needs to be on 'I Live Alone' ASAP," "The 'I Live Alone' production team should cast Park Kyung-hye," and "Her solo living reality hits home."
Meanwhile, Park Kyung-hye, born in 1993, made her debut in the 2011 film 'Balloon.' She gained recognition for her role as a virgin ghost in the drama 'Goblin' and has since appeared in the drama 'My Roommate Is a Gumiho' and films such as 'Escape from Mogadishu,' 'Veteran 2,' and 'Smugglers.'
