Comedian Shin Bong-sun recently shared her experience of being hurt by negative comments.
On the 6th, a video titled 'Becoming a Cost-Effective Daughter by Giving Mom a Gift? New Year's Resolutions Made and Executed by Shin Bong-sun' was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'ㄴ신봉선ㄱ'.
In the video, Shin Bong-sun visited a chicken restaurant. She expressed her desire to try having beer and chicken alone during the day, saying, "It's a new year, so I wanted to try something I haven't done before." Shin Bong-sun also mentioned, "I plan to consistently upload videos every two weeks. Please leave lots of comments. I've been told I should reply to them. I'll try my best. I haven't done it before because I was afraid of making mistakes."
Shin Bong-sun expressed gratitude for comments complimenting her appearance but also shared, "Someone said, 'No matter what, you're still Shin Bong-sun,' and that really got to me."
She continued, "I wondered what kind of person would take the time to come and leave such a comment, and when I looked into it, it turned out that people like that never reveal themselves. It's pathetic." She added, "The fact that it still bothers me shows that no matter how positively I try to live, my temper is still there."
Meanwhile, Shin Bong-sun made headlines for losing 11kg through dieting.
