Korean actor Lee Beom-soo has finalized his divorce from Lee Yoon-jin.
On the 5th, Lee Beom-soo's agency, Y-One Entertainment, announced, "Lee Beom-soo has amicably concluded the legal procedures related to his divorce."
The agency further stated, "Lee Beom-soo and Lee Yoon-jin have resolved their misunderstandings through sufficient discussions. They have agreed to respect and support each other in their respective roles as parents to their children. During the divorce proceedings, some speculative reports and distorted interpretations that were not based on facts have spread, and we wish to correct this."
The agency requested, "The speculative reports regarding Lee Beom-soo are not true, and the agreement between the parties was reached amicably. We ask that any further speculation, criticism, or dissemination of false information about Lee Beom-soo, Lee Yoon-jin, and their family be stopped."
Lastly, they emphasized, "For the stability and privacy of their children, we kindly ask for restraint from additional comments or speculative reports about their marriage and divorce process."
Lee Beom-soo was previously married to a college classmate in 2003, but they divorced after five months. He remarried in May 2010 to English interpreter Lee Yoon-jin, who was his English teacher, and they have a daughter and a son. However, in March 2024, news of their separation was announced.
