Former H.O.T member Moon Hee-jun expressed his regrets about marrying late.
On the 6th, a video titled 'Spicy Balance Game?! Rampaging Dad Hee-jun?!' was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Jami House'.
In the video, Moon Hee-jun and his wife Soyul played a 'couple version balance game'. Moon Hee-jun posed a hypothetical question, asking if it was okay to help a girl group junior remove sesame leaves during a broadcast. Soyul, initially upset at the thought, said, "It's not okay. You have two hands, why would you do that? It means you're paying attention to her," but she conceded, "It's okay if it's during filming."
The couple, who usually talk about parenting, revealed aspects of their relationship during the game. Soyul claimed, "A husband who comes home by 10 PM, even if unreachable, is better than one who comes home at 4 AM." Moon Hee-jun retorted, "That's hypocritical. It's different with me. You keep calling during serious meetings, and if I don't answer, our daughter video calls. It's not a party, just a meeting with drinks."
The playful banter continued with a question about a spouse contacting an ex versus keeping photos and gifts from an ex. Both exploded with laughter. Soyul exclaimed, "Are you out of your mind? That's the worst," while Moon Hee-jun agreed, "I can't understand keeping contact info or gifts."
When their daughter showed curiosity about the mention of an ex, Moon Hee-jun revealed, "Our daughter Jamjam promised not to date until she wins two awards. She can date if the agency president approves."
In another question, Moon Hee-jun stated he would marry his ideal type even if they were incompatible and boring. Soyul countered, "I'd marry someone I get along with. I didn't marry Moon Hee-jun because he was my ideal type. It was because he bought me walnut cookies." Moon Hee-jun humorously revealed, "She asked me to marry her first, just a week after we met."
When asked if he would marry his current spouse again, Moon Hee-jun affirmed, "I would marry her again. I want to meet our children, Hee-ul and Hee-woo, the same way. Next time, I'd marry a bit earlier. I'm in my late 40s now, and my stamina is declining. If we had Hee-woo earlier, I might have convinced her for a third child." He advised, "Husbands, there's no second life, so always say you'd marry again," causing laughter.
Meanwhile, Moon Hee-jun married Soyul, a former member of Crayon Pop, in February 2017. Known as 'Korea's first idol couple', they gained attention for their 13-year age difference and have a son and daughter.
