Lovelyz's Lee Mi-joo Shares Hilarious 'Wedding Preparations' in YouTube Prank

Former Lovelyz member Lee Mi-joo recently surprised fans by sharing her 'wedding preparations' in a playful YouTube video.

The video, titled '[Breaking News] Lee Mi-joo Starts Wedding Preparations - From Proposal to Bride Care,' was uploaded on her YouTube channel 'Just Lee Mi-joo.'

In the video, Lee Mi-joo candidly shared her thoughts on 'marriage.' As she made her entrance, the production team shouted, "Here comes the bride," to which she responded with a mix of excitement and confusion, asking, "Am I getting married today? Can I look forward to this? Am I going to find my groom?"

When asked about her ideal type, Lee Mi-joo admitted, "My standards are quite strict," and elaborated, "I like someone who is kind, speaks nicely, eats well, is manly, and loves me a lot."

The prank was soon revealed to be an 'April Fool's event,' leaving Lee Mi-joo with a wry smile as she expressed her disappointment, saying, "I had high hopes." She then experienced 'bride care' treatments like lymphatic massage and enzyme therapy, marveling at the immediate results, "I lost 500g and my face looks slimmer."

During the treatments, Lee Mi-joo shared her realistic concerns, joking, "What if I only do bride care and the groom never shows up? I'm always open, I'm 33," humorously making a public proposal.

Lee Mi-joo also shared her thoughts on proposals and weddings, stating, "I don't have a fantasy about proposals. I'm not into events with flowers or balloons; I prefer a sincere and simple 'Will you marry me?'" She also expressed her desire for a "small wedding rather than a lavish one."

She expressed her hopes for her future in-laws, saying, "I want to call them mom and dad. I hope they're cool people," and jokingly added, "Don't worry, I'm earning money to support my husband."

Meanwhile, Lee Mi-joo had previously confirmed her relationship with soccer player Song Bum-keun last year, but they parted ways after about nine months.
