Comedian Ahn Young-mi Announces Second Pregnancy on Radio Show
Comedian Ahn Young-mi has announced her second pregnancy.

On the October 2nd broadcast of MBC Radio FM4U's 'Two O'Clock Date with Ahn Young-mi' (hereafter referred to as 'Two O'Clock Date'), Ahn shared, "Today's theme is the moment of birth," adding, "There's a reason I suddenly chose this topic today. The day has finally come for me to say this myself. 'Two O'Clock Date' is known for its good pregnancy vibes, and it's true. I'm pregnant with my second child," she revealed, surprising her audience.

Ahn expressed, "I wanted to share this news with our listeners first," and added, "I waited until I was in a stable period to announce it. I'm due in July, and it's a boy."

Ahn humorously noted, "I'm 44 years old now. That's how it is," and added, "If you have the will, you can do it," bringing laughter to the show.

Previously, Ahn had faced rumors of health issues due to her noticeably slimmer face. Addressing these rumors, she explained, "It was so frustrating. Everyone kept asking why I was so thin, but other parts of me were gaining weight."

Born in 1983, Ahn Young-mi is 42 years old and debuted as a comedian in 2004 as part of KBS's 19th open recruitment. Celebrating her 21st anniversary this year, she married a non-celebrity in 2020 and welcomed a son in 2023. With this new pregnancy, she will soon be a mother of two sons. Her husband is currently residing in the United States, making them a long-distance couple.
