Actress Kim Sa-rang Reveals Her Ultimate Self-Care Routine for Maintaining Youthful Looks
On the 7th, a video titled 'Kim Sa-rang's Ultimate Self-Care Routine for Maintaining Youthful Looks: 6 Tips (+Diet Plan Revealed)' was uploaded to her YouTube channel.
In the video, Kim Sa-rang shared that she starts her day with ab exercises as soon as she wakes up. She explained, "It feels like waking up my body. Doing 20-30 reps quickly adds up to 100. Afterward, I feel much better."
She also incorporates stretching with a foam roller after waking up. Kim Sa-rang mentioned, "After sleeping, my neck and shoulders feel tense. Stretching my back and armpits feels refreshing." She demonstrated a self-devised stretching technique for the occipital area, emphasizing, "This way, it releases much deeper."
Her skincare routine was also shared. Kim Sa-rang stated, "Elasticity, moisture, and whitening are interconnected," and she uses an LED mask. She added, "It feels like it improves blood circulation, making my skin look clearer. People say my face looks radiant."
Additionally, Kim Sa-rang enjoys mushroom rice for breakfast. She shared, "I was advised during a health check-up to eat more mushrooms," and added, "I include hemp seeds for protein." She considers this a "longevity diet."
Kim Sa-rang concluded, "It's nothing special, just my routine," and added, "After eating, I go for a workout."
Born in 1978, Kim Sa-rang, at 48 years old, maintains her youthful appearance through consistent self-care.
