On the October 30th episode of the tvN variety show 'Bogum Magical,' Park Bo-gum shared his journey of obtaining a barber's license during his military service, dreaming of a second career. The episode showcased his year-long preparation to launch 'Bogum Magical' successfully.
As Park Bo-gum explored the newly transformed, cozy, and charming interior of 'Bogum Magical,' he expressed mixed feelings of 'half worry, half anticipation.' Joining him were actors Lee Sang-yi and Kwak Dong-yeon, who would be handling nail art and snacks, respectively. Park warmly welcomed his close friends as they geared up for the grand opening.
While discussing everything from greetings to customer flow, the trio, affectionately known as 'Geom.Dong.Yi' (Park Bo-gum, Kwak Dong-yeon, and Lee Sang-yi), welcomed their first unofficial guest, a local elder who introduced himself as a neighbor. Park Bo-gum quickly bonded with him, even visiting his home to borrow some kimchi to accompany ramen.
Unable to sleep the night before the official opening, Park Bo-gum practiced diligently, hoping to offer a 'magical experience' to the village residents visiting his salon.
On the morning of the first official business day, Park Bo-gum set off with a mix of excitement and nerves. The first customer was the neighbor who had shared kimchi the previous day. However, during the haircut, Park accidentally cut his finger. Apologizing with a 'Sorry,' he continued cutting but soon had to pause to stop the bleeding, evoking sympathy from viewers.
'Bogum Magical' airs every Friday at 8:40 PM.
