Kang Hoon will portray Kang Ha-gi, the CEO of the fashion startup Apello. Kang Ha-gi is a character with a cold exterior but a warm heart, leading Apello to success as a capable CEO. Although he maintains a detailed and cool demeanor at work, his composure begins to waver due to the new employee.

Kim Hye-jun will play Nam Da-reum, the new employee at Apello, who has been a fan of idol group member Lee Chan for 11 years. Driven by the desire to see her favorite idol, she turns down a job at a major corporation to join Apello. Just as she is about to achieve her dream of aligning her passion with her career, she unexpectedly becomes entangled with CEO Kang Ha-gi, facing challenges in her first job.

Lastly, Cha Woo-min will take on the role of Lee Chan, Nam Da-reum's eternal favorite idol. Having transitioned from idol to actor and becoming an icon of the era, Lee Chan appears to lack nothing on the surface but harbors unknown loneliness within. As he expands his activities to become a director at the fashion startup Apello, he unexpectedly encounters his fan.

'Favorite Employee' is set to premiere in the latter half of this year.
