Netflix film 'Pavane', starring Go Ah-sung, Byun Yo-han, and Moon Sang-min, has released its official stills.
The movie 'Pavane', directed by Lee Jong-pil, tells the story of three individuals who, while initially closed off from the world, become a source of light for each other, confronting life and love. The newly released stills capture the transformation and growth of these three young people, each carrying their own scars. First, Mi-jung (played by Go Ah-sung) captivates with her unique presence, hinting at a mysterious backstory as she works in the dimly lit basement of a department store, hiding from the uncomfortable gazes of others.
Byun Yo-han's character, Johan, is a free spirit who loves rock music. With his bright bleached hair and sunglasses, he exudes individuality while also showing a serious side as he writes something, sparking curiosity. Meanwhile, Moon Sang-min's character, Kyung-rok, who has given up on his dreams and lives in reality, embodies the essence of youth as he rides a skateboard wearing a David Bowie t-shirt and earphones.
As Mi-jung grows closer to Kyung-rok, who persistently approaches her, she begins to discover her own light, adding a touch of youthful romance to the film. Johan, with his nonchalant demeanor, naturally becomes friends with Kyung-rok and forms a connection with Mi-jung, positioning himself as the central figure among the trio.
The chemistry and acting ensemble of Go Ah-sung, Byun Yo-han, and Moon Sang-min, who fully embody their characters, are expected to deliver a nuanced and immersive portrayal of youth, as they become a source of light for each other.
Netflix's 'Pavane' will be available for streaming on February 20.
