On the 27th, social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), were abuzz with sightings and videos of Hanni at the Australian Open tennis tournament. One video featured a tennis cap signed by Hanni.
The person who encountered Hanni noted, "Hanni looked in great spirits," but added, "It seems it might take some time before she returns."
This has led to online speculation about a potential delay in NewJeans' activities, with fans expressing support for Hanni while wondering if her overseas stay might postpone the group's comeback.
Currently, NewJeans members are experiencing different paths with their agency, ADOR. In December last year, Hae-rin, Hye-in, and Hanni confirmed their return to ADOR, while Danielle received a notice of contract termination. Minji's future with the agency remains undecided.
