KwakTube, a guest on the October 24th episode of JTBC's 'Knowing Bros', revealed his worries about the gender of his soon-to-be-born child.
KwakTube, who recently became a father-to-be after marrying his civil servant wife, five years his junior, in October, shared his anxiety about the gender reveal party. He confessed, "I couldn't sleep, worrying it might be a girl because they say daughters resemble their fathers."
When asked why he didn't invite fellow SM C&C stars Seo Jang-hoon and Kang Ho-dong to his wedding, KwakTube candidly admitted, "I'm meeting them for the first time today." Kang Ho-dong humorously added, "I saw the wedding news online. Imagine how surprised you'd be if I showed up uninvited." KwakTube playfully expressed his disappointment, showcasing the boldness of a new employee just 15 months into his job.
Seo Jang-hoon emphasized, "It's our first meeting today," while Lee Soo-geun jokingly accused, "KwakTube is the first celebrity not to greet Ho-dong after joining the company. He even received gold until last year." Seo Jang-hoon added humorously, "When I first moved companies, I gave Ho-dong 50 million won," causing laughter.
KwakTube also shared his love story with his wife. "We met through a mutual friend and dated, but broke up due to not seeing each other often. We reconnected through YouTube, and I reached out first," he revealed.
When asked who initiated the breakup, KwakTube clarified, "I didn't break up with her; she was the one who suggested it." Seo Jang-hoon remarked, "Your wife must be a kind person," expressing surprise.
Regarding his wife's charm, KwakTube said, "I have low self-esteem and tend to see everything negatively, like Jang-hoon, but my wife is the opposite." On filming a 'honeymoon vlog', he proudly shared, "I wasn't planning to film, but my wife suggested capturing memories and uploading them at my discretion."
