SEVENTEEN Achieves Gold Certification in Japan with 'Ima -Even if the world ends tomorrow-'

SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) has added another streaming certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ).

According to the RIAJ on the 23rd, SEVENTEEN's 'Ima -Even if the world ends tomorrow-' has surpassed 50 million cumulative streams as of last month, earning a 'Gold' certification in the streaming category.

The RIAJ awards certifications based on cumulative play counts, with Gold (over 50 million), Platinum (over 100 million), and Diamond (over 500 million) distinctions. SEVENTEEN now holds a total of 18 streaming certifications, including two Platinum certifications.

'Ima -Even if the world ends tomorrow-' is noted for its impressive blend of guitar melodies and lyrical harmonies. The song was composed by Woozi, alongside Bumzu and Hwang Hyun. SEVENTEEN's Japanese best album 'ALWAYS YOURS', which includes this track, surpassed 750,000 cumulative shipments at the time of its release, earning a 'Triple Platinum' certification in the Gold Disc category from the RIAJ.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN recently attracted approximately 420,000 attendees to their 'SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN JAPAN', held over 10 shows across four major domes. Additionally, they have secured spots on Oricon's 'Annual Ranking 2025' with their fifth studio album and several other releases.

Fans can also hear SEVENTEEN's voices in the globally exclusive Netflix release of the popular Japanese anime Part 2. Their new song 'Tiny Light', which Woozi participated in writing, composing, and arranging, is featured as the ending theme.
