Previously, it was revealed that Lee Si-young's son attends Chadwick International School, often referred to as an 'elite school.' The tuition for the school, including high school, amounts to approximately 640 million KRW. Notably, broadcaster Hyun Young's two children are also enrolled there. Additionally, Lee's daughter was seen wearing a luxury brand outfit from D company at just 16 months old.

Meanwhile, Lee Si-young married a non-celebrity involved in the restaurant business in 2017, but the couple recently parted ways after eight years. As the time approached to discard the frozen embryos following her divorce, she decided to proceed with the implantation and has since given birth to a daughter.
