Recently, Dowoon from DAY6 donated 100 million KRW to support medical expenses for pediatric patients. On the afternoon of October 31st, Dowoon presented this generous donation to Samsung Medical Center to aid in the treatment of young patients.
The funds will be used for surgeries, transplants, and other medical treatments for pediatric patients receiving care at Samsung Medical Center.
Similarly, Super Junior's Heechul donated 100 million KRW to Asan Medical Center. The hospital plans to use Heechul's contribution to develop advanced treatment systems for cancer patients.
Heechul expressed, "I decided to make this donation hoping that patients battling cancer can receive treatment safely and comfortably. Super Junior has received immense love for 20 years, and I'm glad to give back a little of that love through this donation."
