Choi Woo-shik and Jung So-min's first day as a fake married couple has been revealed.
The SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Woojoo Married Me', airing on the 11th, follows the sweet yet thrilling 90-day journey of two individuals pretending to be newlyweds to secure a luxurious newlywed home prize. The first episode, which aired on the 10th, achieved ratings of 7.0% at its peak, 6.1% in the metropolitan area, and 5.6% nationwide, ranking first in its time slot.
In the cliffhanger ending of the first episode, Yoomeri (played by Jung So-min), who became a divorcee after her partner's infidelity, unexpectedly proposed to Kim Woo-joo (played by Choi Woo-shik) by asking, "Will you be my husband?" This left Woo-joo wide-eyed in surprise, sparking curiosity about how their relationship will unfold.
Amidst this, the appearance of Woo-joo and Meri at the location to claim the 5 billion won newlywed home prize has been revealed, piquing interest. In the stills, Woo-joo is seen deep in thought, with only his eyes visible under a hat and mask. Similarly, Meri, also masked, glances at Woo-joo while unable to hide her smile of joy at the prospect of receiving the prize.
Meri, despite her anxious expression, smiles as she imagines a happy future. The question remains whether this imagination can become reality and if Woo-joo and Meri can successfully claim the prize without revealing their ruse.
The production team of 'Woojoo Married Me' stated, "The thrilling fake marriage journey of Woo-joo and Meri will officially begin with the claiming of the 5 billion won townhouse prize. Watch to see if they can hold onto the prize until the end and the unpredictable stories that will unfold in the process."
Episode 2 of 'Woojoo Married Me' airs at 9:50 PM today.
