The story follows the adventures of twin siblings, Sebastian and Viola, who are separated by a storm during a sea voyage. Viola disguises herself as a man named Cesario and becomes a servant to Duke Orsino while searching for her brother. Meanwhile, Sebastian is on a quest to find his lost sister. Duke Orsino is in love with the beautiful Olivia, who remains indifferent to all her suitors. However, when Cesario delivers a letter from Orsino to Olivia, she falls in love with the disguised Viola, leading to an unpredictable love story.

The creative group 'Geogigameon' has reimagined 'Twelfth Night' as a mask theater production. All characters wear half-masks that complement their roles, offering audiences a unique experience through the actors' movements and expressions. This approach enhances the comedic elements of the play while exploring the universal theme of love.

The mask theater production of 'Twelfth Night' was recognized for its artistic excellence at the 2025 Geochang International Theater Festival, winning awards for Best Production, Best Direction, and Best Actor. Led by Professor Nam-Young Baek of Chung-Ang University, 'Geogigameon' has produced various acclaimed mask theater performances, including 'Bahnhof' at the 2010 Seoul Theater Olympics, the popular 'Sora Star Story,' and the non-verbal mask performance 'The Messenger.'

Catch 'Twelfth Night' at the Jiguin Art Hall in Daehangno until October 5th. Performances are at 7:30 PM on weekdays and 3:00 PM on weekends and holidays.
