As the summer heat fades, K-pop fans should mark their calendars for this weekend (27th-28th) at Nanji Hangang Park. 'K-pop All-Rounder' Kim Junsu will headline Asia's largest K-pop festival, 'ATA Festival 2025,' on the first day, Saturday, the 27th. The stage will also feature performances by veteran artists like the duo Jannabi and Peppertones.

Singer and musical actor Kim Junsu has been active across various fields, from idol activities to musicals, singing, variety shows, and video content. Until the 28th, he is performing as Aladdin in the musical 'Aladdin' at the Busan Dream Theatre. He has established Palm Tree Island, a specialized agency for musical actors, solidifying his position in the musical world.

Kim Junsu continues to engage with fans as a singer, releasing digital singles like 'The 21st Season Will Wait for You' and contributing to the OST of the drama 'Moonlit Day.' Last month, he held a fan concert in Japan, reuniting with local fans after two years. All four performances in Osaka and Yokohama were sold out, proving his enduring ticket power.

After the successful fan concert, Kim Junsu expressed, "I was happy to meet fans in Japan after a long wait." He added, "I will do my best to visit Japanese fans again as soon as possible." Kim Junsu will hold a solo concert at Jamsil Indoor Stadium from November 9th to 12th to reconnect with domestic fans.

Sub-headliners Jannabi and Peppertones add to the anticipation for the stage. Jannabi gained public popularity when their 2014 release 'Did You Love? Was It a Passing Relationship?' went viral in 2016. They have since been loved for hits like 'For Lovers Who Hesitate' and 'Thoughts on an Autumn Night.'

Jannabi is actively participating in various activities, including hosting KBS music programs 'The Seasons - Night Park' and 'Immortal Songs.' Over the past decade, they have performed at numerous university festivals and large-scale events, earning recognition for their stage presence.

Peppertones debuted in 2004 with the EP 'A Preview' and gained recognition in the Hongdae indie scene. They rose to fame with the 2005 full-length album track 'Ready, Get Set, Go!' and have since established a bright and hopeful band sound with hits like 'Good Luck' and 'A Day in the 21st Century.'

Peppertones have consistently performed at universities and major festivals, contributing to the spread of band culture. Even as they approach their 20th anniversary, their popularity remains strong, with the '2025 Peppertones Club Tour' selling out all seats.

On the day Kim Junsu takes the ATA Festival stage, Jannabi, Peppertones, Lee Mujin, 10cm, Park Hye-won, Kyungseo, H1-KEY, Say My Name, and Hwang Garam will also perform.

On the second day of the event (September 28th), Kim Jaejoong will headline. Additionally, K-pop idol groups The Boyz, Tours, Cravity, Ha Sung-woon, Fifty Fifty, 82Major, QWER, Eunice, Bad Villain, and New Beat will light up the riverside.
