Park Tae-joon and Choi Soo-jung's marriage came to light in 2020 when Park appeared on the MBC variety show 'Radio Star.' During the show, he shared, "I had no platform to talk about it since I'm not a broadcaster," and disclosed that they had registered their marriage that year.
On the same show, Park fondly spoke of Choi, saying, "We dated for 10 years. Living together felt like living with a friend," and added, "My wife calls me her best friend," highlighting their close bond.
Park also mentioned, "I've never understood the need for a wedding ceremony since I was young. My wife also disliked the idea, so we just registered our marriage."
Park Tae-joon gained fame after his 2009 appearance on 'Ulzzang Generation' and went on to feature in various entertainment programs like 'Flower Boy Corporation' and 'Gourmet Road.' He later transitioned to a successful career as a webtoon artist, creating popular series such as 'Lookism,' 'How to Fight,' and 'Life Completely Ruined.' He is currently the founder of the webtoon production company, The Grim Entertainment.
Choi Soo-jung debuted in 2010 as a member of the Korean-Chinese joint girl group Lotte Girls. In 2018, she appeared in the web drama 'Check, Mate' and notably collaborated with Park Tae-joon in the music video for singer Ram's 'Might Die Like This.'
