All members of the group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) have renewed their contracts with BigHit Music.
On the 22nd, BigHit Music, a label under HYBE, announced through the fan communication platform Weverse that TXT members Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai have renewed their contracts. Following in the footsteps of their senior group BTS, TXT members will continue their journey with BigHit Music.
BigHit Music stated, "TXT has kept their promise to MOA (their fandom) to 'go further and longer.' The five members expressed their gratitude to MOA and promised to continue doing their best." BigHit Music plans to fully support the members in their various activities.
TXT also shared this news directly with their fans. On the first day of their fourth world tour, 'TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR,' held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul, leader Soobin mentioned the contract renewal.
Towards the end of the concert, Soobin read a handwritten letter, saying, "I have been eagerly waiting for this moment since before the concert started. I pondered how to convey our sincerity." He continued, "We always said, 'Let's go further and longer.' To keep that promise, all five of us have renewed our contracts as TOMORROW X TOGETHER. I am grateful to the members who agreed and to MOA who will continue to be with us. Thank you for being with us from our debut to today and for the moments when we talk about our future."
Previously, TXT hinted at positive news regarding their contract renewal during a media showcase for their fourth studio album 'The Star Chapter: TOGETHER' held on the 21st of last month. At the time, Soobin expressed, "We all want to sing and perform together for a long time. Although discussions are ongoing, I dare to predict that we might be able to share positive news."
Following their first concert, TXT will continue with their second performance on the 23rd. Starting from San Jose on the 9th of next month, they will tour seven cities in the United States and three cities in Japan.
