Shinji, a member of the popular South Korean group Koyote, recently shared details about her first encounter with her fiancé, Moon Won.
In a preview for the upcoming episode of SBS's variety show 'Shoes Off, Single for Men,' aired on the 8th, guests Kim Young-ok, Jeon Won-ju, and Shinji made an appearance.
With her wedding set for next year, Shinji revealed how her relationship with Moon Won, who is seven years her junior, began. She said, “He reached out to me via DM, asking, ‘Senior, can I cover this song too?’ I was thrilled.”
She further expressed her affection for Moon Won, saying, “He’s full of energy. He does everything for me, making sure I don’t have to lift a finger.”
Recently, Shinji disclosed that Moon Won has a daughter from a previous marriage, who is being raised by his ex-wife. This revelation led to a flurry of rumors and speculation about Moon Won.
On the 8th, Shinji addressed these rumors on her Instagram, stating, “I feel heavy-hearted for causing fatigue with my wedding news. However, I am sincerely grateful for the immense love I’ve received.”
She continued, “I apologize for the delay in addressing these rumors as it took time to verify the facts. Together with my agency, we confirmed that all allegations are false.”
Shinji added, “I fully understand your concerns and will continue to reflect on them. I would appreciate your patience as we navigate this situation.”
Shinji’s agency also responded to allegations regarding Moon Won’s past, including school bullying, military service misconduct, and infidelity, labeling them as “unverified falsehoods” and hinted at potential legal action.
