Kang Hee-ji, played by Mun Ka-young, joins the firm later than her colleagues due to the departure of a previous associate. Her unique entrance, emerging from a public bathhouse early in the morning to attend an interview, immediately grabs attention. When asked about her reason for leaving her previous job, she confidently replies, "I had nothing more to learn from doing just one thing," showcasing the passion and confidence of a new-generation professional.

The handover notes left by her predecessor include messages about the 'Lunch Chat Club' members, and Kang Hee-ji quickly organizes her first meeting with them. Her charming and sociable nature, proposing toasts and engaging in witty banter, quickly endears her to those around her. Additionally, a mysterious past connection with An Joo-hyung (played by Lee Jong-suk), involving a kiss from ten years ago, adds a layer of intrigue to the storyline.

Even after a tiring day, Kang Hee-ji's eagerness to explore new legal precedents is portrayed convincingly through Mun Ka-young's bright eyes, lively expressions, clear diction, and solid acting tone. Taking on her first professional role, Mun Ka-young skillfully balances the freshness of a newcomer with professionalism, marking the birth of the 'Mun Ka-young-style lawyer' character.
