Annie (Moon Seoyoon) of the co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT has shared her inspiring journey to achieving her dream of debuting as an idol.
On the 27th, Daesung's personal channel 'Jipdaesung' featured members of ALLDAY PROJECT.
During the show, Daesung asked Annie, "How did you get permission to debut as a singer?" Annie candidly revealed, "At first, there was strong opposition. It took me 10 years to get permission."
Annie further explained, "I kept insisting that I had to do it, and the final deal was that if I got into an Ivy League school, I could become a singer." Daesung was impressed, noting, "Didn't you get accepted into Columbia University?"
When Daesung asked if her family allowed her to pursue music because her agency is The Black Label, Annie shared, "My family and I often listened to music by seniors like BIGBANG, BLACKPINK, and 1TYM."
Annie added, "We went on our first big family trip, and my mom (Chairwoman Jung Yoo-kyung) was obsessed with BIGBANG's 'Fantastic Baby.' We downloaded the music video and played it on the tour bus screen, watching only that. I memorized all the accessories in 'Fantastic Baby,'" surprising Daesung.
Meanwhile, on the 23rd, the new co-ed group 'ALLDAY PROJECT,' which includes Annie, the daughter of Shinsegae Chairwoman Jung Yoo-kyung, officially debuted with their single 'FAMOUS' and is actively promoting.
