KickFlip's Amaru has revealed that he wrote over 100 original songs before the group's debut.
On the afternoon of the 26th, KickFlip held a media showcase at YES24 Live Hall to celebrate the release of their second mini-album, 'Kick Out, Flip Now!'.
During the event, Amaru shared the process of composing the track 'Complicated', stating, "I once wrote over 100 songs in a year. 'Complicated' is one of them, and I have a strong attachment to it." He added, "I was so happy when the members complimented the song." Amaru also expressed gratitude to the senior who helped with the arrangement and to senior guitarist Jeokjae.
'Kick Out, Flip Now!' marks KickFlip's comeback just four months after their debut album. The album features seven tracks, including the title track 'FREEZE'. True to its name, the album aims to 'kick out the mold and flip the game'. The members of KickFlip personally participated in the album poster design, adding significance to the release. The title track 'FREEZE' is a 90s-inspired pop-punk dance song, with the youngest member Donghyun contributing to the composition and members Gyehoon, Donghwa, and Minjae participating in the lyrics.
KickFlip's second mini-album 'Kick Out, Flip Now!' will be released on various music streaming sites at 6 PM on the 26th.
