NCT Doyoung donated 30 million won on his birthday.
To celebrate his birthday today (February 1), Doyoung donated 30 million won to the donation platform 'Direct Donation' to be used to provide women's products, school supplies, and daily necessities for women and adolescents from low-income families.
Regarding this donation, Doyoung said, “The support and love from Czennie (fandom nickname) always brings me great joy and is the force that motivates me. I believe that if you share the love you received from Czennie with many people, your happiness will be doubled, so although it is a small feeling, I hope that it will be conveyed well to the youth. “I hope 2024 will be a year with more smiles for everyone, and I wish you a happy new year!” he said, creating a warm feeling.
Previously, Doyoung donated 50 million won to support children for Christmas in December 2023, as well as 100 million won to help recover from earthquake damage in Turkye and Syria in February 2023, and in March 2022, it donated 100 million won to Uljin, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The company is practicing continuous sharing, donating 30 million won to recover from forest fire damage and support victims in Samcheok, Gangwon Province, and the cumulative amount of donations known over the past two years exceeds 210 million won.
In addition, Doyoung is providing positive influence through consistent good deeds, such as being listed in the 'Honor Society', a group of large donors who have donated more than 100 million won to the Fruit of Love.
Meanwhile, NCT 127, to which Doyoung belongs, will hold its third world tour 'NEO CITY – THE UNITY' at the Macau Galaxy Arena on February 3-4.
