Seo In-young, former member of the group Jewelry, has shared her ongoing commitment to diet management following a 15kg weight loss.

On the 29th, the YouTube channel 'Reformed Seo In-young' released a video titled 'Making Low-Carb Kimbap with Witch Nails - Seo In-young Lost 10kg.' In the video, Seo In-young responded to subscribers' requests for cooking content by showcasing her culinary skills with dishes like soybean paste stew and diet-friendly fish cake kimbap.

She explained, "White rice is really bad for the body. It causes weight gain and spikes in blood sugar," recalling her past heavier appearance with a scream that amused the audience. Before starting her cooking, Seo In-young introduced her plan to prepare broth by hand-processing anchovies.

However, the seriousness was short-lived as she humorously showed off her long khaki nail tips, joking, "You can tear it with your nails. I'm like Edward Scissorhands," as she skillfully handled the anchovies, impressing viewers.

Seo In-young explained her reason for making low-sugar diet kimbap, saying, "Women around me asked to remove rice because their husbands have diabetes. So, I also stopped eating rice for 7 months." She added, "I lost weight by eating only baked eggs and raw food. It's surprisingly sweet and satisfying. Eating it in the morning helps curb hunger." She continued, "I used to lose weight through exercise, but since I can eat egg yolks, I only eat baked eggs."

Previously, on the 22nd, Seo In-young appeared on tvN's variety show 'You Quiz on the Block' and shared her diet journey. She recalled her weight gain period, saying, "I was so happy eating delicious food that I didn't realize how much I'd gained." She added, "Seeing the news photos shocked me into deciding to lose weight. I stopped eating late-night snacks at 2 AM and cut out carbs for over 7 months, losing 15kg."

Meanwhile, Seo In-young announced her return to broadcasting after 10 years by launching her YouTube channel 'Reformed Seo In-young' on the 26th of last month. She explained her reason for starting the channel, saying, "I was wondering how to make my comeback and thought being honest is my strength, so I decided to start it."
