Comedian Kim Sook and Actress Park Eun-hye Reunite with Lee Guk-joo in Japan

Comedian Kim Sook and actress Park Eun-hye recently met up with Lee Guk-joo, who is currently residing in Japan.

On the 29th, Lee Guk-joo shared a video on her Instagram story with the caption, "Morning shopping, thank you, sunbae-nim."

The video shows the three women holding lipsticks from a luxury brand, C. Lee Guk-joo affectionately captured the moment, commenting, "These sisters shop every two minutes. Kawaii (cute)."

Meanwhile, Lee Guk-joo has been living in a 9-pyeong studio apartment in Tokyo since April last year. She explained, "I've turned 40, and next year marks my 20th anniversary since debut. I wanted to take on a new challenge. I thought vaguely, 'If I can speak Japanese, maybe I can try something new.'"

In response to some netizens criticizing her for being able to afford living alone, Lee Guk-joo clarified, "This isn't a challenge or living alone like in my 20s. I'm in my 40s." She added, "Don't expect me to live like I'm in my 20s." She also mentioned, "Even if my life in Japan doesn't work out, I don't think it will be a failure that ruins my life. It will be a good experience."
