‘I got a son after marriage’ Max Changmin “I enjoyed all the glory I could achieve”

MBC's entertainment show 'Save Me!' aired on the 4th. In 'Homes', the client's family chose Team Bok's 'Gwangmyeong Apartment of Victory' rather than the final listing of both teams, resulting in a draw between the two teams.

On this day's broadcast, the Wild Goose family, who were about to reunite for the first time in 20 years, appeared as clients. The client's father said he had been working alone in Africa for 20 years and was returning to Korea to live with his family at retirement age. The client's family left Gwangju Metropolitan City and was looking for a home in the metropolitan area, and hoped for Anyang, Gwacheon, and Gwangmyeong in Gyeonggi-do, which are close to Seoul.

The Bok team was represented by Oh Ji-hwan, who won the MVP of the 2023 Korean Professional Baseball Series, and TVXQ's Choi Kang Chang-min, while the Deok team was represented by Kim Sook.

Max Changmin has proven Oh Ji-hwan's virtue since his appearance. Not only did he appear wearing a glossy jumper, a symbol of LG Twins fall baseball, but he even shouted for Oh Ji-hwan's autograph. At the same time, he said, "This is my first time seeing him this close in real life. I have enjoyed all the glory that can be achieved in today's society," and the panelists were heard saying, "Why are you doing that?"

Team Bok’s first property for sale was the ‘Surisingi Apartment’ in Seoksu-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si. It was a large apartment complex that was remodeled in 2019, with KTX Gwangmyeong Station 5 minutes away by car. The living room was decorated with broken brick and cork floors, and when the indoor folding door was opened, a nice dining room appeared. Additionally, the spacious master bedroom, kitchen, and royal-style bathroom attracted attention.

The second property for sale was the ‘Victory Gwangmyeong Apartment’ in Iljik-dong, Gwangmyeong-si. It was an apartment located right in front of KTX Gwangmyeong Station, with a large shopping mall and university hospital within walking distance. With a sophisticated interior without any likes or dislikes, I was able to enjoy an unobstructed view of Saebit Park through the living room window. The kitchen window overlooked Gwangmyeong Station, and all four rooms boasted high usability.

The third property for sale was the ‘Olsuri Apartment near Sadang Station’ in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu. It was a single-family apartment for sale in an area close to the subway station, a 2-minute walk from Sadang Station, with 32 households living there. This place was recently remodeled, and I was able to see Mt. Gwanak and Mt. Umyeon from the living room window.

Team Deok’s first property was ‘Can’t Live Without Jungmun’ in Anyang-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si. The first floor of a large apartment complex with Anyang Station and Anyang Stream within walking distance is for sale and has been remodeled in 2021. Unlike typical apartment structures, the middle door was located in the middle of the hallway instead of the front door, creating space separation, and the white-toned living room and master bedroom interiors were flawless.

Team Deok’s second property was a ‘double mountain area apartment’ in Wonmun-dong, Gwacheon-si. It is a large apartment complex located a 10-minute walk from Gwacheon Government Complex Station and boasts the largest complex in Gwacheon. It is a double mountain area for sale surrounded by Cheonggyesan Mountain and Gwanaksan Mountain, and you can enjoy an open view of Cheonggyesan Mountain from the well-lit living room.

The Bok team selected ‘Surisingi Apartment’ as the final listing, and the Deok team selected ‘I Can’t Live Without Jungmun’ as the final listing. The client's family chose Team Bok's 'Victory Gwangmyeong Apartment' rather than the final offering of both teams, and said they liked Gwangmyeong City's infrastructure and proximity to the subway station. As a result, both teams recorded a draw.

Meanwhile, in the 'Daeho who came to see the house' corner, the 'Painter's House next to the Fortress Road' in Jangsu Village, Samseon-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul was rented out. An old house without an entrance was transformed into a wonderful studio by the artist's homeowner, and we were able to get a glimpse of the exotic and sensuous interior.

Meanwhile, Max Changmin married his non-celebrity lover in October 2020 and gave birth to a son in October last year.
