Timothée Chalamet, actor of the movie 'Wonka' (directed by Paul King), sent New Year's greetings to Korean audiences.
'Wonka' is a sweet adventure that depicts the amazing journey of Willy Wonka, who has nothing but a sweet dream and an old hat, to become the world's best chocolate maker.
'Wonka', which topped the box office upon its release in North America on December 15, rose to first place again in the third week of its release in North America thanks to overwhelming support from audiences. It surpassed 'Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom' and ranked first in the North American box office, achieving a cumulative profit of $142.76 million (approximately KRW 185.4 billion). It is recording high scores, including 91% on the Rotten Tomatoes Popcorn Index and A- Cinemascore.
Ahead of its domestic release on January 21, Timothee Chalamet also delivered New Year's greetings to Korean audiences. In the video, Timothee Chalamet says, "Hello, Korean fans. This is Timothee Chalamet from 'Wonka', which will be released on January 31st. Be sure to see it in the theater. Happy New Year. Happy New Year," with a cute K. -He also showed off a finger heart.
