Kwon Sang-woo held a guerrilla stage greeting at 9 theaters of Lotte Cinema World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul from 1 PM to 5 PM on the 5th. He demonstrated fan service such as holding a guerrilla stage greeting without a separate security team, meeting audience members at the theater, and responding to photo requests. This morning, Kwon Sang-woo's wife, Son Tae-young, also promoted 'Switch' on social media.
Previously, Kwon Sang-woo said, "Our movie is a fun movie, but I don't have any photos of me with my father. My father passed away six months after I was born. I only saw him in photos, but I've never seen him in person. We have something like a story. A photo from when I was young. "It was a composite. Even though it's not my father in real life, I felt strangely nervous seeing him in the photo. It's not just a funny movie. I don't have any memories (with my father), but it's a movie that makes my heart tremble," he said, expressing his affection.
He also said, "I've done a lot of movies, but 'Switch' is a really big movie among them. It's a story that I love and like. The movie has over 1 million viewers in the first week, and there are movies where the total number of viewers is 2 million, and the number of first audiences is not that many. “But there are movies that are consistently loved. I hope our movie becomes a movie after that. I hope it gets more love from audiences in the second week than in the first week, so that more people can come to the theater,” he said.
'Switch' is currently being screened to rave reviews as it tells the story of Park Kang (played by Kwon Sang-woo), a top star who was enjoying a glamorous single life, a 10 million actor ranked 0th in castings and a self-proclaimed scandal maker, when his life changes 180 degrees on Christmas.
